We are thrilled to announce that Mrs. Nirmal Waddan, Principal of The Kalyani
School, has received the prestigious Swami Vivekananda National Principals
Award at the Education Excellence Conclave in Pune on 8th February 2025.
The College Board felicitated Mrs. Nirmal Waddan for the initiatives taken by TKS in
expanding the Advanced Placement Programme in the East and West regions.
On account of Teacher’s Day, the BJP Education Cell, Pune and Sunderji Global Academia,
presented the NEEV Awards to the dedicated teachers of over 101 schools. From The Kalyani
School, Principal Ms. Nirmal Waddan and teachers, Ms. Sarika Mutha and Ms. Amira Khan
were awarded for their dedication to education, and for inspiring and touching the
souls of every learner, with passion. The awards were presented by the President of
the BJP Education Cell, Ms.Seema Tanvar and CEO of Sunderji Global Academia,
Ms. Massarrat Tavawalla in the presence of the chief guest, MLA Mr. Siddharth Shirole.
Our Senior School Vice-Principal, Ms. Poonam Mishra has been awarded with the
Inspiring Education Hero Award, by EGN India, a network of educators and solution
providers. They acknowledged her for her exceptional contribution towards the
education sector. The event was conducted at Four Points Sheraton, Pune on 31st of August.
In a Principals’ Conclave and Award Ceremony, Our Principal, Ms. Nirmal Waddan
was felicitated as one of the ‘Super 30 Inspirational Educators’. Her excellent
leadership qualities, which have contributed to the phenomenal rise of The
Kalyani School in every sphere, were once again recognized on a national platform.
In a Principals’ Conclave and Award Ceremony, Our Principal, Ms. Nirmal Waddan,
was felicitated as one of the ‘Super 30 Inspirational Educators’. Her excellent
leadership qualities, which have contributed to the phenomenal rise of The Kalyani
School in every sphere, were once again recognised on a national platform.
Deepak Dubevar Sir, has been awarded for his commendable social service,
in teaching underprivileged children, and going out of his way to bring
them educational resources and help. The BJP Education Cell, headed by
President Mrs. Seema Tanwar, felicitated all those facilitators, who have
been involved in such commendable practices. The VPs, Poonam Mishra Ma’am
and Batul Lamba Ma’am were also praised as school leaders, for leading
such praiseworthy involvements.
Neha Agarwal Ma'am from the Primary Section, has made the Kalyaniites
proud too. She has received the Shiksha Bhushan Puraskar conducted by
the CED Foundation, on 16th of September, for 100 iconic educators of India.

We congratulate Zeenat Ma’am, for being crowned with the prestigious
Global
Librarians’ Award by AKS Education. It is a proud moment for all of us
at
school.
Michelle Ma’am from the Primary Department, represented TKS in a Story
Telling Competition. She was one of the ten, short listed out of 500
participants. She stood first in the final round, which was conducted on
26th of September. We feel proud to have her on board.
Zeenat Ma’am is the proud recipient of the ‘Global Librarians’ Award
2021’ .
She was felicitated on 29th of November, by AKS Education Awards. We
congratulate her on her feat and look forward to many more such in the
future.
April brought in some very good news indeed, not only from the students,
but
also from the teachers. So, on our Wall of Fame this month, we proudly
inscribe the names of Deepak Sir who has represented us at the Zonal
level
for the TATAEdge Competition, and Nancy Ma’am, who was selected for the
West
Zone Regional level. We heartily congratulate them on this remarkable
feat.

The Kalyani School bags another feather in its cap as the respected
principal Mrs. Nirmal Waddan was honoured with the ‘The Most

Principal Award’. With over 2000 nominations, the parents and students
of
